• This is a live immersive experience that may include theatrical effects, sudden sounds, low lighting, fog, and interactive elements.
• Guests must follow all posted instructions and verbal guidance from staff and performers.
• Touching performers, props, or set pieces is strictly prohibited unless explicitly invited as part of the experience.

3. Age and Accessibility

• Recommended for ages 10+ due to thematic intensity and sensory effects.
• Children under 13 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

4. Costumes and Conduct

• Costumes are welcome but must not include weapons (real or replica), excessive gore, or obstructive masks.

Return Policy

If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets (minus order processing, service and delivery fees) using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Anything promised by the promoter that is unfulfilled is not guaranteed by the seller and is not grounds for a refund.
